After the repair, HandyRetter will ship your smartphone insured within Germany via DHL in shock-proof packaging for €6.99. This fee will be deducted from the repair price.

3️⃣ You will receive an order confirmation from us by email with all important information, a delivery note and the option to create a DHL shipping label.

4️⃣ Place your defective device in a box (NO envelope!), well protected, without the original packaging, protective cover and other accessories such as charging cable, SIM card, etc.

5️⃣ Enclose the delivery note with the package and seal the box.

6️⃣ Frank your parcel accordingly, using the DHL shipping label you have already created.


✅ As soon as we receive your defective device, you will receive login details for the repair status page via email so that you can track the status of the repair at any time.
