1. Diagnosis for repair (39€):

  • If your device is no longer working properly or is experiencing unexplained problems, a thorough diagnosis is required. Our experienced team of technicians will conduct a comprehensive inspection of the device and determine the exact repair needs. The €39 diagnostic fee will be included in the estimate you receive. The €39 fee will only be charged if you decline the estimate.

2. Insurance estimate (39€):

  • Many insurance companies require a written estimate before they approve a repair. We offer this service to ensure you receive all the necessary documentation for your insurance. The cost of issuing the estimate is also €39, but will be deducted from the subsequent repair.

3️⃣ You will receive an order confirmation from us by email with all important information, a delivery note and the option to create a DHL shipping label.

4️⃣ Place your defective device in a box (NO envelope!), well protected, without the original packaging, protective cover and other accessories such as charging cable, SIM card, etc.

5️⃣ Enclose the delivery note with the package and seal the box.

6️⃣ Frank your parcel accordingly, using the DHL shipping label you have already created.


✅ As soon as we receive your defective device, you will receive login details for the repair status page via email so that you can track the status of the repair at any time.
