Therefore, at HandyRetter, we don't offer repairs for water damage! We only offer a professional cleaning of your Samsung Galaxy XCover 4. This cleaning is only intended for data recovery.
If the Samsung Galaxy XCover 4 works after cleaning, which often happens, we do not guarantee the continued functionality of your smartphone for the reason described above.
We charge €59 for cleaning and diagnostics. If data recovery is possible, we will contact you. We will then discuss the possible options with you.
It's important that we receive the correct lock code for your device. In some cases, this is the only way we can recover your data. If the code is incorrect, data recovery from your Samsung Galaxy XCover 4 may not be possible.
