Note: The display of a MacBook Air from the series described here is divided into several layers (backlight, LED film & actual display). This offer only includes the replacement of the actual display, i.e. the LED panel that is responsible for displaying the images. Replacing this module is usually sufficient to restore the screen to normal function. However, if the display has been damaged by a sharp impact (identifiable by a pinpoint break), the LED film could also be damaged. This means that after replacing the LED panel, the lighting and image will work perfectly, but small white, bright areas (so-called spots) may remain in the lighting. This is a purely cosmetic defect and has no effect on the correct display of the image.
