Replacing the entire back cover of the Apple iPhone 6 is very time-consuming. All internal components of the Apple iPhone 6 must be transferred to the new back cover. The HandyRetter needs at least two hours for this. Since this repair is only performed upon request, we need two to three days to order the new back cover. We are also happy to perform color conversions if you would like to give your Apple iPhone 6 back a new color.

To replace the back cover of the Apple iPhone 6, the display must be removed. Next, the circuit board is removed, along with all the components beneath the board, such as the power and volume flex cables. The camera and battery are removed. The speaker is removed from the lower part, along with the charging port flex cable. Once all of these components have been removed, they must be transferred to the new device. This is a very time-consuming process, so please allow at least two hours for this replacement.

Please note that the new Apple iPhone 6 back cover no longer has your original IMEI number.
